Got on Facebook and asked everyone in the NLR group who was the HVAC guys they trusted most ? I was bombarded with messages but one kept popping up consistently. Ski bro's was the most commented name ,so I said let's try them out ! I called around 9am and got the estimate for 12 to 1pm . I got a call back saying it will be around 2pm but got another call from Mr Kim explaining they were on a big job and will be here next. I was just happy to get it done today. Mr Kim came and 30 minutes later we were up and running ! Nice guy and he made sure to keep me informed. The price was not too shabby either ?? I will definitely call these guys again !
Eric was very thorough, knowledgeable and made great suggestions for what to do until I am ready to do a full HVAC systems replacement. He showed me all areas of concern that I had no idea were in as bad a shape as they were. If I could give zero stars I would! My friend tried them and she took off work and lost money. They were super late and no call or text They never showed up 2nd time.the first time they burned up her AC wires. Never showed up for 2nd time then 3rd time no show. Been a total chaos. The lady that answers the phone is total dismissal.

Three installers came on time on scheduled date. The old unit was not only screwed in but was glued down. The fact that it was in a small hall cabinet area made it even harder to remove and install the new. The outside air unit was much easier. It was an all day job. Great job guys. Nobody wants to have to make that dreaded call for hvac repairs, but when your system craps out and the temp outside is so hot that the severe weather alerts are pretty much month-long, you gotta fix it asap. Aaron was great! Arrived on time, he was very professional and extremely thorough with checking the entire system for issues. I had the system checked a few months back by Airco and was told there was a tiny leak that he couldn't find. Recharged it with refrigerant and that was it. Fast forward a few months and the issue was back and worse inside. I'm pretty certain that had I called Ski Brothers the first time, I wouldn't have needed services this soon again.
Called Ski Brothers because I wasn't pleased with the last company I had used, and read several positive reviews on their website. Aaron the owner answered the phone. Told him my A/C wasn't working properly, and the condensation was coming out from the emergency drain. He informed me that if that overflowed it would go to the sheet rock in my ceiling below the unit in my attic, in my home. He said he would see if he could work me in to prevent that, and see if he could at least, fix that problem and get my unit to cool. He contacted me later on and said he personally would be here around 4:00 that afternoon unless one of his guys got through with their calls, or had a cancellation it could be sooner. A little before 4:00 I got a text, and he said he was on his way. He arrived soon after. Went up into hot attic and saw where my main condensation line had come loose from the main drain line, and that was the reason the condensation was coming from emergency drain. He reconnected that, and went out back to see if it was draining properly. While waiting he checked my Freon, and it was low, so he added Freon. It's nice to know the owner of a company is willing to get involved and take care of a new customer the way he did for me. My A/C is cooling and there was no damage done to my ceiling. As of now Ski Bothers will be the ones I use to take care of all of my heating and cooling needs from now on. I highly recommend them to any of you needing this type of service, and the reviews are legitimate. I also recommend if your A/C drains from your attic that you make sure you have an emergency drain to prevent damage to your home, should the main line malfunction or stop up. I only do honest reviews of my experience with any company I deal with…. This company is the best I've ever had in many decades of taking care of my HVAC needs…. They really care about the customer…

We came home to a hot house. We called Ski Brothers after hours. They made a couple of suggestions over the phone and came over early the next morning. Matt was very nice. As it turned out, a breaker had thrown itself. Matt corrected that. He also looked at the AC unit. His helper washed all four sides. They came out in one of the worst snowstorms that Arkansas has had in a number of years. Very professional and followed up with all of the requests including calling back after finishing another call. We will use them again for any HVAC issues in the future.

The technician that came out was very nice and also knowledgeable. He checked out the furnace and tightened something that made it run much more quietly. He also answered about a thousand questions I had about a new thermostat and let me know that they could install whatever I decided to get. I'm so glad I scheduled a routine maintenance!

I used Ski Brothers recently to fix my HVAC unit, they showed up on time, and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. The fee's they charge are reasonable, and the tech that serviced our property was professional and explained the issue very well. I will be using them again in the future.
We were snowed in and our downstairs furnace stopped working on Tuesday afternoon. We had ETA's from 2 larger HVAC companies of "this weekend" and "next week" (obviously complicated by more snow on Wednesday). It was 48 degrees on our main floor. We had to wear coats and gloves to cook. A friend recommended Ski Brothers HVAC & we called them on Thursday. He said they would try to work us in that day if at all possible. He called that evening saying it would probably be 8pm but he was willing to come (even with the temps dropping and roads refreezing). We told him to just come the next day. Aaron showed up right when he said, quickly diagnosed the problem, went for parts and returned to replace it. He also corrected a small problem with our upstairs unit. He was courteous and professional and the cost seemed quite reasonable to us. We even asked him to send us info about a maintenance agreement. We highly recommend Ski Brothers HVAC.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We could not be happier with their service. They arrived when they said they would, even with 12+ inches of snow on ground. Rates were reasonable and did not charge extra due to snow. Vert knowledgeable and got us up and running. Ski Brothers have a lifetime customer!
My heat went out doing freezing temperature and historic winter storm (SNOW) other companies where charging extra Just to come out in the snow. Ski brothers did not charger extra and their standard rate was very reasonable. They also come right out. Aaron was very professional.
Matt and Aaron was very quick to respond even on the coldest day of the year with 8 inches of snow on the ground. They were at my house within an hour of our original call and stayed until we were back up and running. We will only use them moving forward!
These guys are awesome! Matt came first thing in the morning on the coldest day ever with all the snow to fix our heat. Truly great guys and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Ski Brothers Heat and Air. We remodeled our basement and needed a small unit installed. Aaron come out and gave us our options. He was very thorough in answering our questions. They installed a mini unit and coordinated with our electrician to get the outlets installed making the process very easy for us. They also walked us through everything along the way. We will definitely be using them again!

We had a hot mess at our house, pun intended. Originally called for a service call then, we thought, one of our units stopped cooling. We found two of our three units had leaks in their coils and both were almost out of Freon. Fortunately, we were under warranty for the coils, they were ordered and installed. Our units were cleaned and the heating was checked as well, per my request, since we were close to winter. Later the same day one unit had an issue not cooling. They came back at 7pm and found the issue and got it working. Great service, very happy with the Ski Brothers. Wish I found them 3 years ago.

We recently had our HVAC system replaced by Ski Brothers Heat and Air. My family couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. When we purchased the home we naturally inherited the HVAC. I always noticed air wasn't blowing very well out of the vents in the master bedroom and bathroom. When Aaron and Matt came out to install our new HVAC system I asked them about this and was told they would get to the bottom of it. After completing the installation, in record time in our eyes, they showed me the cause and explained how to prevent this in the future. Finding a reliable, thorough, and honest company can be hard at times but Ski Brothers is exactly that and more! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the excellent service!
The Ski Brothers did a fantastic job replacing my HVAC unit. I received a timely and fair quote for the replacement unit and they showed up to replace the old unit exactly when they said they would. Aaron kept me well informed throughout the project so I was never left guessing what was going on if they needed to leave the job site to get a part. They completed the job in one afternoon and cleaned up the job site before leaving. Overall a great experience!
FAST service. My AC wasn't cooling enough. So I called the Ski Brothers and they came right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem (I needed a new Condenser Fan Motor) And they literally fixed the unit before the air upstairs even got hot! Highly recommend!

They put in a new AC unit and heat pump in four hours and lent us 2 portable AC units to keep our family cool until they were done.
Aaron Chwalinski with ski brothers did a great job! Arrived promptly on a weekend, did well communicating when he would arrive, and was super informative of what was happening and how he would repair it. These seem like basic traits - but make great service and are missing from my prior experiences with other repairmen. Most importantly he spoke to me with respect - I often find repairmen talk down to me or do not share details assuming I won't get it or don't care. Aaron was friendly and knowledgable!

This was my first time using Ski brothers and I was very impressed. Probably the best service experience I've had for heating and air. Matt walked me through all the readings and showed me what they were and what they should be. He stayed around for a while after replacing the capacitor to verify the air still wasn't blowing cold enough and then ordered a new blower motor. He verified the unit was under warranty which saved me a good amount of money. I feel like he was more thorough than previous companies I've used in the past and I will definitely use ski brothers going forward. Thanks for the excellent service.
